A deal in the making

Much like your average mobster movie, most deals in our house are brokered at the dinner table. Riley was obviously asking Makena to pay up for something. Or it could have just been the threat of good old blackmail.

"Pay up in noodles sister or I tell mom about the milk you spilled on the couch and the crackers you took out of her purse."

Your girls are so SMART. We have a lot of this going on at our house, too, but it's more of, "I don't like these peas. You eat them, and pass over some of that chicken". Totally tummy driven. Perfect example of the difference between boys and girls. ha ha.

i agree with angie, that is what goes on in our house too. if one doesn't like it, they pass it to the other who gets mad and passes it back until it eventually ends up on the floor! very cute picture though!

That is toooo funny. Don't you long for the day they all sit down and eat a meal at the table...minus the gigantic mess? I can't wait to say bye bye to the highchairs!!!
